How many sessions will I need? 

Hypnotherapy is a process rather than an event and, whilst there are times when one or two hypnotherapy sessions will enable you to reach your goal, a few sessions are usually necessary in order for you to achieve your desired outcomes. Most of my clients find 3-6 sessions sufficient, depending on their goals and the effort they put in themselves between and after sessions.
