Delivered as a four-week live online group hypnosis experience, the programme focuses on emotional eating, motivation, self-identity, and consistency — supporting change that unfolds naturally, comfortably, and in a way designed to last.

Do I need to want to lose weight to join? 
The programme is focused on changing habits, mindset, and emotional patterns around food and self-care. Many people do experience weight loss, but the primary aim is sustainable change rather than chasing a number on the scales. 
I’ve tried lots of things before — how is this different? 
Many approaches focus on rules and willpower. This programme focuses on understanding behaviour, reducing stress-driven patterns, and building self-trust so that healthier choices feel more natural over time. 
What if I don’t like group sharing? 
Sharing is always optional. Some people speak a lot, others listen more — both are completely welcome. Many find comfort simply hearing that others experience similar challenges. 
Is hypnosis safe if I’ve never experienced it before? 
Yes. Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state of focused attention. You remain in control at all times, and the process is gentle and supportive. 
What if I have a bad week during the programme? 
That’s expected. The programme actively includes tools for handling setbacks without shame, so that one difficult moment doesn’t undo your progress. 
Is this a quick-fix programme? 
No. This is designed for people who are ready to move away from extremes and build habits they can live with long term. 
Can this lead into 1-to-1 support? 
Yes. Some participants choose to continue with individual hypnotherapy after the programme for more personalised work, but there is no pressure to do so.
