I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist and hold diplomas in Hypnotherapy and Stress Management, Advanced Hypnotherapy, the General Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice, and Master Practitioner in Applied Clinical Hypnotherapy.
I also have a background in adult education, qualified to post-graduate level, and am committed to ongoing learning and development - both my clients' and my own.
My commitment to you is to guide you in using the power of hypnotherapy and your own resources to make positive, lasting changes, enabling you to achieve optimum health and fulfilment.
I work primarily with individuals, though I do offer some sessions in small groups, and my approach is friendly and informal, offering you a safe and non-judgemental space.
Before training as a hypnotherapist, I was a teacher, working primarily with older teens and adults to help them develop the skills and confidence to create a bright future and realise their potential. I bring this wealth of experience and compassion to my work as a hypnotherapist.
As a professional hypnotherapist, my work is fully supported by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council. I adhere to their code of ethics, and as a member, I am continuously researching and acquiring new knowledge and skills in order to further support and help you. I work hard to be the best I can be in order to help you become the best you can be.
I offer both face-to-face sessions in the centre of York, as well as Zoom or Skype sessions and work with people locally and internationally. Face-to-face sessions are held at Blue Frog Therapies, 38 Bootham, York, YO30 7BL
